Certified translations

Certified translations (i.e. translations which bear a so-called round stamp) are produced by a court-certified translator/interpreter especially for the purposes of authorities, state institutions, courts of justice, business transactions, etc.

3 integral parts of a certified translation

  • Original (source) text, or its officially certified copy (Certification is provided by notaries or municipal offices.)
  • Translation into a required target language
  • Court-certified translator’s/interpreter’s clause and round stamp that confirms the full conformity of the translated text with the original text attached

A useful tip!

Because all documents constituting a certified translation (i.e. including the original text) must be joined and provided with a seal and cannot be separated, we suggest that you have a photocopy of your document officially certified before placing an order for translation.

A useful tip!

How to get a certified translation done as soon as possible? You can scan your document and e-mail it to us to expedite its translation. Afterwards, you submit the original document (or its officially certified copy) to be joined with the translated text.
