Pricelist of translation services

The minimum invoicing unit is 1 standard page (SP); i.e. 1.800 characters including spaces. The only exception is translations from/into Japanese where the minimum invoicing unit is 1 physical page of the source text.

• The price of 1 SP is determined by the Agency, considering the delivery term of the translation, the professional nature of the original text and the required graphical processing.
• The final price of the translation is calculated based on the target language text; i.e. on completion of the translation. Therefore, our initial price quotation is always for information only!
• A translator’s standard daily workload is 6 SP per 1 workday. The days of submitting and collecting a text to be translated are not counted toward a translation completion time.
• Standard translations are produced in MS Word, MS Excel, MS PowerPoint, or in other programs if the client so requires.

Proofreading

• Proofreading takes place upon agreement with a translator.
• Its price depends on the quality of the translation being proofread.
• Both the original texts and the translated text must be submitted for proofreading.
